I was thinking about doing one of these six pack abs in one minute videos were I take a photo of my body every time I workout and then make a video out of the photos after a while, I am not sure if it will work out but I can give it a try if any one is interested, or I can post a weekly photo and see how things are changing.
Yesterday was the first day that I have worked out at the gym in at least 5 months, I have lost a lot of my strength, stamina and muscle mass.
So I am planning to start training again seriously, hopefully I will be training at least 4 days a week and I will start to drink protein shakes to help me increase in mass.

Here are some stats:
weight: 70 Kg
length: 184 cm
bench press: 50 Kg (8 x 3)
bicep dumbbells: 10 Kg (8 x 3)
push ups: 50 (in a row)
situps: 50 (in a row)
My goal is to gain more muscle mass, 75 to 80 kg will be more than satisfactory, a nice six pack abs would be really good to have.
What do you guys think, should I start one of those body snapshot slide show videos?
we can be workout blog buddies! I’ve been training with a trainer once a week for like a couple of months now. I don’t know if other people notice the difference though as much as I do though but the other day my roomie commented that my arms look toned.
Go for it!
I am on my way of having a flat abs. More work out…
I’ve tried working out several times but it never worked.
But I picked up again and this time I was serious about it.
I gained considerable weight – I was 58 KG and now I am 65. My current gym workout I should be 75 (though my nutritionist said I should be 71). I am 178 tall!
I believe you should add variety to your exercise – depends on where you want to gain the muscle.
For the abs, I do 9 exercises
it’s a killer but well worth it
