I have decided to start making weekly updates on my gym work out, I think it will help me see how I am developing, encourage me to work out more and it will be fun for both me and my readers.
This is my first week working out in at least 5 months, I have now worked out a full cycle: Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Back, Abs and legs.
I have to say that I have never had this much muscle ache in my whole life, specially from the chest workout, I couldn’t move my upper body freely for 3 days because I forgot to strech after the training.

So here is a photo of me that I have taken last night just after the workout, that’s why I look very tiered, I am very skinny I know
, that’s why I am trying to put on some more muscle mass.
It is hard to compare this photo with previous ones because I didn’t change that much in one week
The weekend is here and hopefully I won’t loose everything that I have gained during the week

Hello Niz, you failed to mention your diet intake. It’s great you have the workouts and the sleep, but you also need the food.
